TogoHealth uses Twilio, a trusted communications platform, to deliver personalized job opportunity text messages to candidates who have opted in through our careers page.

Information We Collect

• Your mobile phone number (provided voluntarily via our opt-in form)
• Opt-in timestamp and source
• Message delivery status

How We Use Your Information

• To send personalized recruiting and job opportunity text messages (2–4 messages per month)
• To send a one-time confirmation message upon opt-in
• To process STOP and HELP requests

What We Do NOT Do

• We never sell your phone number to third parties
• We do not share your number with other companies for marketing purposes
• We do not use your number for purposes unrelated to TogoHealth recruiting

Data Retention

Your phone number and consent records are retained for as long as you remain opted in to our SMS program. Upon opting out (replying STOP), your number is removed from active messaging lists within 24 hours. Consent records may be retained for compliance purposes.

• Opt out anytime: Reply STOP to any message

• Request deletion: Email us to request removal of your data
