SMS/Text Message Recruiting Program

By opting in to TogoHealth's SMS recruiting program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Program Description

TogoHealth offers an SMS-based recruiting program that delivers personalized job opportunity messages to opted-in candidates. Messages may include information about open positions, application updates, and career-related content.

Message Frequency

You will receive up to 2–4 text messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on available opportunities matching your profile and location.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. TogoHealth does not charge for sending messages, but standard carrier rates apply to messages received.

Opt-In Consent

By submitting your phone number and checking the consent box on our careers page, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from TogoHealth related to job opportunities and recruiting. Consent is not a condition of employment or any purchase.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. You may re-opt-in at any time by visiting our careers page.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

Modifications

TogoHealth reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
